Zuppa del Giorno

Soup of the day.

Antipasti del Giorno.

Frittura Mista di Pesce. Fried sea bass, calamari and shrimp. Served on a bed of arugula with roasted garlic and spicy marinara sauce. Garnished with lemon wedges.

Pasta del Giorno.

Fettuccine al Ragu di Chinghiale. House - made egg fettuccine tossed with a wild boar ragu sauce. Garnished with grana padano shavings.

Trofie al Pesto. Trofie pasta served with traditional Ligurian pesto sauce, green beans and diced potatoes. Garnished with grana padano.

Carne del Giorno

Coniglio Accomodato. Slow braised rabbit prepared with red wine, San Marzano tomato sauce, sautéed onions, pine nuts, green and kalamata olives. Garnished with baby carrots, roasted potatoes and rosemary.

Pesce del Giorno

Branzino Stufato. White sea bass fillet baked with a bean, rosemary, spicy sausage and fresh tomato stew. Served with broccoli and diced carrots.
